We deduct a flat 16% service fee from every transaction processed through Valet Pro. The rest is automatically paid out to your business or agent.

No. There are no setup, subscription, or monthly fees. You only pay 16% per transaction, with no hidden charges.
What does the service fee include?
The 16% covers platform maintenance, payment processing, live support, and security. You get full access to the dashboard, automated payouts, and support.
How do automated payouts work?
All payments are processed and tracked digitally. Agent earnings are automatically settled on the 25th of each month, either by salary or per-transaction—no manual calculation required.
Is there a fee on customer tips?
No. 100% of digital tips go directly to the agent with no additional fee.
Which payment methods are supported?
